Nik-L Corporation opened its doors January 1, 1990 serving residential and commercial clients with high-end, but affordable, painting and wallpaper installation. Operating mainly as an interior contractor with nearly 100% of the work received by referral, the most common job is the renewed mixture of wallpaper, paint, or border.
The clients are satisfied with a combination of top-line materials and quality workmanship with the highest concern for fulfilling promises, meeting deadlines and keeping the work area neat, clean, and safe. Respect and care for the client's property are first as the rooms of their home or business are transformed to create atmospheres of warmth, character, or delight.
Nik-L Corporation takes no part in the choosing of colors, prints, or finishes; however, it will explain the differences between the types of finishes and the condition of the existing structures to be completed. A probable job start is determined, flexibility considered, and the client is advised how Nik-L Corporation expects the work area to be upon arrival. Usually, the client is responsible for removing pictures, breakables, window treatments, and small furnishings. The heavier or larger objects can be left in the room and are covered or moved around to facilitate a clear work area.
When the work starts, Nik-L Corporation confines its interest and movements to the work area or other areas of permission. The job is taken through the proper stages to achieve the final result. Sometimes the windows are cleaned and the floors are swept or vacuumed if the arrangements exist.
Job costs are determined using one of three methods: Estimate, time and material, or a combination of estimate and time and material.
Nik-L Corporation serves clients in and around the counties of Allegheny and Washington in the state of Pennsylvania.
Residential work is not always available and sometimes only through another contractor.
